Free shipping on orders of $60 or more, coaching included. We ship within the US. Apparel is printed when you order it, then shipped to you.

Coaching sessions and What's To Eat? are not shipped: sessions are booked after checkout, and the meal plan is a digital download.
Made to order. Ships in 2–5 business days, then arrives in about 3–5 business days in the US. Most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks.
You'll get a tracking number by email automatically when your order ships.
Returns and exchanges
- Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: free replacement or full refund. Report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo.
- Wrong size or changed your mind: no returns or exchanges, because each item is made to order. Please check the size guide before ordering.
- Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll replace it.

Coaching and digital purchases
Cancelling and rescheduling
- Give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without losing it.
- Late cancellation or no-show: the session counts as used.
- If you're up to 15 minutes late, the session still ends on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the session is cancelled, counts as used, and is not refunded.
- If I cancel, the session is rescheduled at no cost, or credited back to your package.
- Outdoor sessions: I may reschedule for unsafe weather at no cost to you.
How long sessions stay valid
Sessions must be used within these windows, counted from the purchase date.
- Local: Sampler (1 session) 30 days · Appetizer (3) 60 days · The Meal (6) 90 days · The Feast (9) 120 days.
- Virtual: 1 session 30 days · 3 sessions 60 days · 5 sessions 90 days.
Refunds
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
- After that, no refunds, but a package can be transferred to another person once (remaining sessions and the original expiration date carry over).
- Injury or illness: with documentation, the package is paused or its expiration date is extended.
- Travel fees are non-refundable once a session takes place or is forfeited (late cancellation, no-show, or arriving more than 15 minutes late). They're refunded with a full 7-day refund, and carried over when I cancel or reschedule.
What's To Eat?
All sales are final once the file is downloaded. Full refund if the file is never downloaded, or if it won't open and we can't fix it.
